My brother, my best friend, and my go to person to take photos of.
I have taken more photos of my brother than anyone else, ever.
Luckily I was blessed with a handsome brother, which helps a lot!
If you’ve followed my previous blogs you’ll know earlier last year I was in Spain.
Our apartment had this stunning sunlight, it poured through the holes in the wall every morning creating this awesome pattern.
I made sure we woke up in time to catch it one morning, these are still my favourite batch of portrait photos.
I have them framed hanging on my wall in my room!
My film was Fuji C200
I’m so proud of them.
This one was taken a few minutes after, just down the steps in the entrance!
Love the slight light leaking in the top right.
These few were taken with Lomo 400 film.
I like how it surprises me with the colours and contrast.
I’m not sure if Lomo varies per roll or if it’s always the same, but I have found it very unpredictable!
Certain colours seem to really shine, I love bold bright colours so I think Lomo has worked to my advantage in these ones.
I don’t have too many words for this blog, I just wanted to share my collection of Beau photos!
I enjoy the consistency of it being the same face, yet every photo is different!
Beau is my favourite person on the planet, I think sibling love should be treasured more.
As one of my top songs of all time “Sunscreen” by Baz Luman says:
“Be nice to your siblings,
they are the best link to your past
and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.”
Beau is the funniest person I’ve ever known.
He has the ability to make me feel better, from any bad mood when absolutely nobody else can.
When Beau fell off his motorbike last year it was the scariest day of my life. I never knew a broken Wrist and some concussion could be so terrifying, but there is nothing worse than seeing those you love in pain.
It was a reminder of how delicate us humans are, always appreciate life!
I’ll leave you with these few, my latest of Beau.
I’m playing around with colours a bit more recently!
